The Cyborg-inator was actually a milestone for Evil Vanessa, because this is actually the first inator she built with the help of another person, and that's Perry the Platyborg.
The Cyborg-inator can turn a person or an animal into a cyborg or an animalborg. For Evil Vanessa, she uses it to create her animalborg army to help her take over the world.
The Cyborg-inator is connected to a computer that lets Vanessa choose what weapon would fit what kind of animal that she's going to cyborginate.
