Ah yes, from the episode Doof 101 I'm pretty sure
I know only cause I watched it in Russian out of desperation >_<
I'm really anticipating the English version since Josh Gad (the voice of a very certain favorite summer-loving snowman) is doing a guest voice according to the Wikia

Otherwise I'm kinda bummed out about this episode since it's a-plot isn't actually even about PnF! They only make a very brief cameo in this episode since technically they are at school. The a-plot is about a trio of bugs! It's like a totally different show! If not for the inclusion of Ol' Doofy and Perry and Vanessa, I swear I wouldn't know it to be Phineas and Ferb at all! I mean sure they couldn't do much with Phineas and Ferb in the a-plot at school, but they could've at least done something! I would've been totes interested to see Phin and Ferb's first day of what 5th, 6th grade? (They are still in Elementary according to the episode) So yeah kinda disappointed with this episode. Though this bit in the image was interesting, I won't reaveal anything but let's just say Doof had a hand in it and leave it at that.
Sorry bout the rant, it's just the image kinda reminded me of my peeves about the episode.
