Do I sense a disturbance in the Force? In fact there is. Rachel has a truly evil version of herself, NEGA-RACHEL!!!!!!! She's extremely sadistic and ruthless with a taste for revenge and power.
In fact, No she is not a evil counterpart from an alternate dimension, she is actually an imaginary evil twin who has gone rogue and took evil very, very, very serious. When Rachel's 5 year old, Rachel created her because she thought that it would be interesting to have an evil twin. But as time goes by, the twin Rachel has pulled off a lot of sadistic schemes, like robbing, arson, terrorist bombings, waking up Eddie with loud noises while he's taking naps, and even made Mrs. Jinkins' cats pinatas for the dogs.
Fed up with her evil antics, Rachel sends her back to the imaginary world and leaves her in a place where all things are either unfinished or just ridden for reasons. Nega-Rachel swears that one day, she will be free and will get her revenge on Rachel and her family and friends, if it's the first and only thing she'll ever do.
Nega-Rachel has been sharing similarities with Scourge the Hedgehog from Sonic the Hedgehog and NegaDuck from Darkwing Duck. I even based her appearance off of Scourge.
