Electralice

"Electralice (Allison Levine) is one of the most anti-heroes around Angel Falls. She's 6'1 feet tall and she weighs 184 pounds. She is elegant, sophisticated, pedantic, bratty, spoiled, and intimidating; so don't expect her to go easy on Ebonivor. Her powers come from technology manipulation [link] so she uses her powers back in high school as a talented hacker. She wanted to become a hero but the Guardians saw darkness in her heart so they turned her down. Since then, she held a grudge against the Guardians."

I based her mannerisms, elegance, and voice off of Katheryn Beaumont and Alice (Beaumont voiced the character) from Alice in Wonderland because if King Candy from Wreck-it Ralph made the nod to Ed Wynn and The Mad Hatter successfully, then maybe Electralice should do the same.

I have the assistance from Guardians Online to help out the specific look of Electralice. So enjoy and please be careful of not getting on her bad side.
